So, the thing is that a friend invited me to a really important fashion show, and I'm freaking out about what to wear. HOW DO YOU DRESS FOR SOMETHING LIKE THAT?? I'm getting into the modeling world and a lot of very famous people is going to be there, so I want to make a good impression.
It's going to be at night, and where I live the weather is really hot. Btw, I'm 15.
Any ideas?

That's so exciting! :) I agree on a fancy dress with your hair and makeup done, and I would talk to your friend too because she might have more of an idea on what to wear.

I agree with Bre. Simple, but classy. Nothing over the top, you don't want to draw attentipn to yourself when it should be on the models. (:

I'd say something slightly MORE attention grabbing since fashion shows tend to be outlets meant for expression and self identification. You don't wanna blend in with all the other girls trying to break into the modeling world. 💁 I'd suggest something classy and elegant, of course, but also has your own personal touch, whatever that may be. If you're more preppy throw some high collars or if you're more punk you could wear dark lipstick or a leather jacket over a fancy yet simple dress with chunky heels.

I wouldn't go over the top (especially with makeup) but I don't think you need to just blend in if you're trying to get noticed. In a good way though, lol.

This is a fine line and I understand you're freaking out!
Hmm definitely something that shows your true colors, show your own style is the most important! Especially since you're in the fashion industry.. You shouldn't draw the biggest attention but still draw some attention, you're an up coming model and want people to recognize you. Don't be too intimidated about the celebs they're humans just like us even though I know that's way easier said than done and I know it isn't ds simple as that but it might be possible to be a little more cool about it if you think like that! I wish you all the best with your modeling and the show! =)
