The only product I can suggest is Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes. It's waterproof, doesn't clump my lashes, and makes my lashes looks fantastic (:

I would get a palette! They have so many eyeshadows maybe the naked on the run (limited edition) or chocolate bar! I would also recommend any value packs they may have.

Tarte Lights Camera Lashes makes my eyelashes grow and it's just the best. It makes them super long and thick.
Brow zings from benefit and also the tinted brow gel by tarte are soooo good. I also love love love the tarte primer, the purple one.

Anastasia dipbrow pomade 100% for brows.. I recommend it to every customer!! the naked blushes I really like surprisingly, but if you want high end, dior's blush are soo pretty and pigmented! as for mascara, benefits they're real is very popular but I like the smash box full exposure and the MUFE smoky lash! :)

My current favorites for mascara are Smashbox Full exposure and Tarte's lights camera lashes. I favor the brush on the Smashbox a little more than Tarte's but regardless both add nice length and volume for me and don't flake off mid day either.
