Out of a lot of recently launched palettes, I love Urban Decays On the Run! It's perfect for travel and the gloss in it is Sooo gorgeous. I also love Tarte's new 12 shade matte palette! The colors are gorgeous (and more to the cool toned side) and perform amazing!

At work I use my Lorac Pro pallet almost all the time. I actually just used it on myself this morning. (And have a crapton of palettes). It has a nice row of creamy neutrals and a row of shimmery lights up to darker colors that are so pretty. Easy to blend, a little fallout but not so much that you would need to do your eyes first. It's my all time fav.

Urban Decay Vice 3 is good if you want a lot of bold colors.

Agree with Kathryn, Lorac Pro is the best! I like my Naked palettes too but Lorac is definitely my favorite.

Carmen that gold color in the palette! Is it not to die for? I use it wet and it just pops! It's part of one of my go-to looks when a client says they don't know what they want. I also like to mix that burgundy color and Pewter together for a natural look on the lid. Just blend them together and get lighter as I go up. So much can be done with it!
