It depends. I can't really decide. Either black or brown riding boots or I have chestnut, chocolate and black uggs. Or black or brown bootes with a shorter or higher heel. Really can't decide :/

First with black riding boots. Nice if you can find some red or yellow jewerly (coctail ring, bracelet, but not necklace) and make your hair up. if you use make up, make accent on eyes, not lips (by the way, your eyes are great!). You are something like contrast type of person and white+bright will like nice on you.
Second is not bad, but it is 1)too dark, you may look not so fresh, 2)not contrast enough for your type, 3)if I see the colours right it is not colour-balansed (cold+worm colours). All together it could look just boring. PS. Sorry for my bad English, I have not been using it for a long time ;)

I'm sorry, but I disagree with a lot of what Anna said. I feel like a lot of it is extremely opinionated and not necessarily true. Then again, like I said, everyone has different opinions, right...

PPS If you choose second one, make your hairs up, they can look not so bright together with the colour of the shirt. Also, you can try second shirt without the scarf but with some long necklace (big enough) made of white metal.
