I'm not sure eyeliner is supposed to match your skintone like foundation is... If you're trying to find an eyeliner color less harsh than black then I suggest a brown or coppery eyeliner instead.

You could apply your eyeliner then eyeshadow and it won't be as harsh:) but I agree with shiro.

If you want a light colored eye liner for the water line to use instead of white, I'd suggest nyx wonder pencil.

1. Eyeliner goes on your eyes. It's black. Of course it won't match your skin.

If you fill black liner is too harsh try a brown one for a more sutle look:)

Eyeliners are mainly black, and for the most part they aren't meant to match your skin tone. Fair skinned ladies will wear brown of black stands out too harshly. And of course you can play with colored eyeliner for different makeup looks. But eyeliner in general isn't supposed to match your skin tone. I'm wondering the same as Kenna above, how old are you hun? You look very pretty and quite young.
