I have the maybeline gel liner in black and I love it so much, but it's starting to get old and dry. There has to be a way to revive it again! Can someone please help?!!

Honestly when it starts to dry out all you can really do is buy a new one.

Put it in a bowl of hot water, make sure the cap is on tight. It'll warm up and go back to normal. You could also put a few drops of oil in it.

I just put 2 drops of water into the eyeliner bottle! Will work as usual :D.

I agree on purchasing a new one. I have had that happen and I've tried all the above methods, as well as adding eye drops and all it does is just mess with the texture and make it really weird :(
Make up does expire and it's on the eye area so re-purchasing is probably the safer way.

Try out the techniques the other girls have suggested, but if its old enough to be dried out, it probably has a lot of germs and stuff so I wouldnt really recommend putting it on your eyes, it could irritate them :/
