Umm so for the past couple months I've fell in love with wearing lip stick.. Now I want to start wearing make up "full out" but finding the right shade has been really hard and It makes me just not want to by anything makeup wise. How should I start off with wearing make up and what is an easier way of finding the right shade and products? Should I start slower or...?

Try getting your foundation matched at a beauty counter, sephora ulta, or MAC. If you don't need too much coverage maybe try a bb cream! They are way easier to match since they are lighter and blend into the skin nicely.

Also never buy unless you've tested a foundation! put some on your face and don't blend, look at it in sunlight and if it disappears, it's the right color. This was advice from a Mary Kay MUA

You could start slower if you wanted maybe get used to mascara and eyeliner before face products. It helps to go to a store (even a MU counter at a department store) to get matched. Even if you don't buy that foundation, people online can steer you towards similar shades in DS lines based on your HE match.

Definitely get matched before you start buying makeup but to start I would suggest some concealer and mascara and a light shadow and slowly maybe start wearing more and other makeup:) that's what I did and I still don't wear foundation I think I look better with out it lol:)

Don't test foundation on your face..really risky as people have had their fingers all in it and junk. A hand swatch should work fine.
