I love NYX matte lipsticks and their lip creams as well! The color selection is awesome they have colds but they have nudes and neutrals and they're really affordable. As for foundation I'm currently using Covergirl TruBlend and I love it it's for around $10 but I got it on sale for $3 at biglots. Milani has the best drugstore blushes, I love luminoso! My favorite mascara is lancome hypnose! It is quite pricy but works very well:)

I have dry skin as well and I love Rimmel match perfection foundation! It's luminous and medium coverage. Hmm a beauty blender, cover girls new full bloom mascara, elf shimmer whip for highlight, NYX cake brow kit. If you experiment with drugstore items you can get more for your money and find out what you like

For highlighting/under eye area, I like Maybelline Dream Lumi highlighting pen.
Mascaras, I like most Maybelline ones, Loreal voluminous and voluminous butterfly. Rimmel great wow lash and scandal eyes. Cover girl lash last in Orange tube and flamed out. Milani total lash cover. Jordana runway lashes. NYC Big Bold Curl
For eyeliners; liquid I like Rimmel scandal eyes pen, wet n wild mega last, and Elf liner is okay but not matte. Gel I like the rimmel one. Pencil, Milani liquid like pencil eyeliner (sharpen able one) and the rimmel kohl ones.
Blushes, Milani has the best. I also like the Loreal cream ones in a tube.
Lipsticks, rimmel Kate moss matte ones, Maybelline, Milani, and all NYX lip products. Loreal is pretty good too. Elf matte lip colors are nice actually.
Eye shadows, I like Too Faced. (9 pan palette for $36)

Well if I'm wearing foundation that day. ill exfoliate and tone my face than dab very little jojoba oil and let it absorbe thn prime and apply foundation. I find that it helps with dry spot and also so I don't get as oily through out the that.
