I have only made one purchase from beautylish and it was for the 2015 Bold Lucky bag. It shipped out today so I haven't received my goodies yet but am so excited for my package to arrive.
I have 1 occ lip tar in the shade black dahlia and I love it! It is super pigmented and stays on forever. It is a little bit drying to my lips but if I exfoliate them and moisturize first then it's not to bad.
I have only tried the Glam glow thirsty mud mask, not any of the others they offer. It was a little tingly after application and I was worried that I might be too sensitive for it, but left it on anyways. I am glad I waited because my skin was so soft, hydrated and plump afterwards. I really like it and use it once or twice a week now. I bought mine from Costco for $35 and I've seen it at Marshalls and TjMaxx for half off as well. I would check those stores first before ordering it for the full price. And better yet you could go to get a sample from Sephora first so you know if it is worth your money or not.
As for other things to buy from the beautylish store there are a million and one things on my wish list. The Parian Spirit brush cleaning system looks awesome and was recommended to me by many other beautylishers. The Inglot gel liner is supposedly super dark and doesn't budge one bit until you take it off. Like literally you can sleep in it and wake up without it smeared all over your face, not that I would recommend that but just saying lol. The Kevyn Aucoin sculpting powder is supposedly the perfect shade for contouring on any skin tone if you're into that. He also has a couple of beauty books on here that I have wanted to pick up for awhile now. I could keep going and going here with tons of other product recommendations but I feel as though my reply is turning into a novel lol.
Are there any specific products you are interested in so that I could give you ideas on for those instead of jumping all over the place?

Thanks so much traci I don't mind the novel lol thanks I'm looking for makeup brushes that aren't to pricy and that are sold in a set. I also wanted to get a few lip Tars. That's really about it maybe some primer. I'm good on foundation and eyeshadows

Oh man, okay.
Lit glitters are the greatest glitters ever. They come in 4 sizes and like 200 colors. They're so easy to use and they last absolutely forever. I 100% recommend those.
OCC is great, but mostly I like their nail polishes and their Cosmetic Colored Pencils. They also have great glitters and their loose pigments are really nice and super vibrant.
I have the Inglot Liner, I like it it's decent (mine is red so I don't use it often) but it is absolutely indelible. It's definitely nice and worth it if you're a gel liner girl
The Charlotte Tilbury products are all amazing, but I really love the Color Chameleon eyeshadow pencils and her quads.
From Sugarpill, I looooove the loose shadows, and the Sparklebaby palette is super cute if you're interested in some colors.
I also really adore the Cult Nails Wicked Fast top coat, it dries my nails like instantly and I'm all for that.
Personally I really like the RCMA foundation, but I have super dry skin so it might not work for everyone. Also, the Billy B brush #2 in conjunction with that is glorious.
These are just what I can think of off of the top of my head, but I've tried a lot of products from BL so if there's something specific besides the Glam Glow that you want to know about, let me know and I'll try my best to help :)

As for brushes, Billy B brushes are awesome and I believe they're sold in sets; they're less expensive than the Wayne Goss which are also amazing. I like the Lip Tars because they're ultra pigmented but for me it takes a lot of effort so that they don't feather. Their Cosmetic Colored pencils are good for that, and make sure you don't use a ton of the Lip Tar, you really don't need that much. I love the shades Grandma, Black Dahlia and Black Metal Dahlia the most :)
