Haven't used this one but personally find nude much nicer than white. Milani have a double ended pencil which has a matte nude for under the brow and a shimmery nude for the waterline (or eyeshadow) and I love it.

I would go for a nude pencil. White is just too stark of a contrast against your skintone. I use a nude color pencil that has a peachy undertone to it.

I have a Stila nude eyeliner. I like it, I haven't figured out how to sharpen it yet but I haven't played with it much either. I have applied it several times and I like the look.
