Hello my fellow makeup artists :) I am a former MAC makeup artist and I am going to college. I started freelancing on the side for extra money. What should I have in my makeup kit? What are your favorite must-haves??

Also, how do you deal with very annoying customers? Freelancing is way different than doing a customers makeup at the makeup counter.
