I've seen a lot of girls post about what eyeshadows they should splurge on, or what to spend their new gift cards on. So I'm going to recommend my top three favorite palettes that I own. All three are super pigmented and the colors blend beautifully and easily. They show up extremely well without primer and even more vibrant with it! The too faced palettes even come with little cards explaining how to certain looks. The top palette is urban decays vice 3 (which honestly I only bought for the shade alchemy but the whole thing is beautiful) ($60), the bottom left is too faced cat eyes (it comes with three shades you can use with a wet brush and use as eyeliner) $36, and the bottom right is too faced matte eyes palette which I love because it's just matte obviously. You can't find a lot of eyeshadows like that anymore. If anybody wants any colors swatches just let me know and I'll do it tomorrow!

I just got the Vice 3 and I lovveeeee it! I also agree with basically any Too Faced Palette being great. Naked 3 is also on my list too. And I also recently got Smashbox Double Exposure and I am really loving it.

@lisa I regret buying my naked 3 honestly. I think I got a bad palette because everybody raves about it but the only colors that show up are the matte ones. The shimmery ones are basically sheer :(

Hmmm thats odd @Alexis. I have all the Naked palettes and 3 is definitely my favorite. I think you must have got a dud because mine is super pigmented and I had never had a problem with it, always just one swipe and the shadow looks amazing without having to layer and layer.

I must have gotten a dud with my Naked 3 as well because mine take a lot of work and building them up to see anything. I will have to scratch the tops and see if it helps, thanks for the tip Sandra.

I love vice 3 :)great colours and pigmentation! haven't tried any too faced shadows yet though :/

Thank you for the awesome suggestions! I feel the need to share mine, too.
My favorite palette as of now is the Balm Voyage by The Balm cosmetics! It's a beautiful mix of bright colors, shimmery metallics and neutral mattes. And it's got 3 lip and cheek colors. If I go on a trip, this is the only palette I bring and it's perfect!
I've heard really good things about the Vice 3, I might cave in if I like all the colors in it :)
