garnier! They sell it as a bb cream but its really a tinted moisturizer. It's all I need for my dry skin! Especially in the dry winter! It only comes in three shades, but looking at your prof pic, light should match you just fine! It is really scented though, if that puts you off.

I've heard nice things about Garnier's!
I like to mix my own - with generic, non-scented cream and my own foundation.

I used to adore Neutrogena's but I can't find it anymore. So now I just mix unscented moisturizer with my foundation.

Yep, the garnier one is fantastic. I use the one for oily skin, which may be slightly different in texture etc from the others, but it goes on like a dream, blends well, and has a good amount of coverage while still looking all fresh and dewy. It feels really nice and light on the skin too. I've very rarely used foundation since I started buying it.
