Hmmm. Well the picture isn't the best, but you can never go wrong with bronze colors, browns, golds, champagne colors, & I really love golden olive shades. I hope that helps.

Well I would say that your skin color don't determine the color eyeshadow you should use, anything would go. Its really just what you like :) I'm have really fair skin and I love using golden, rose and earth tone colors but I have a friend with even more fair skin and she rocks purple and yellow and other bright colors!
You could look at your undertones to determine if you have warm or cool undertones and then choose shadowes thats either warm or cool toned.

It looks like you have medium / olive skin tone. I think dark Browns and other earth colours are the colours to go! :)
