Red Lipstick + matching makeup

I finally found a red lipstick that I can wear, but how do I do the rest of my makeup to avoid looking like a clown? What eyeshadow if any can I/should I wear? What about blush? I have a medium skin tone and of Arab decent. Thanks!

Try doing a neutral but simple eye like a champagne colour on the lid and deepen up the crease with a taupe colour. Add winged eyeliner and mascara/half lashes. Add a nice light contour and add the red lips
