I have the exact same issue! I love true match foundation it's perfect for my dry skin! But the only thing is I think it breaks me out 😰😰😰 but chanel aqua vitalumiere is perfect! It's not oily just feels like a moisturiser but goes on like a foundation it's crazy. 👌

Start exfoliating. It'll help with dry patches and just be good for your skin. I love st ives oatmeal and green tea scrubs.

Cetaphil jar/tub moisturizer and Argon oil is great for dry skin. I love using both. For foundation I recommend rimmel match perfection, Loreal true match lumi and maybelline fit me dewy.
