Inexpensive, ladies! I'm looking into [cream] eyeshadows, lip tint, skin care, toner, coverage, and eye makeup (liner, mascara, etc.)

Elf has good cream eyeshadow, I also like maybelline color stay (I have bad to the bronze and it stays on wonderfully:) Almay is good for liner and mascara and it had some good shadow too it also has some good face lotion, all of these aren't alot of money and you can get them at target or ulta :)
