Makeup wise you can either go with neutral colors or bold!
if you look at people who go to coachella there is so many differnt looks

I would definitely stay away from pants and long sleeves, I've also found that skirts and dresses aren't smart music festival choices either. Shorts and a t-shirt, crop top, tank top or anything like that is really the best way to go. As far as makeup goes, I wouldn't go extremely heavy because heat = sweat and the last thing you want is your makeup running down your face. Go light on foundation, I would go for a colorful eyeliner and bold lips :)
