Hey guys my name is jules.
I have long dirty blonde hair, brown/black eyebrows, and blue/green eyes. I really don't know how to do my eye shadow. I met this really cute guy and I really want him to notice me! I need something pretty but something that pops and says look at me. Any suggestions?
