What is the best concealer for acne and redness? My sister wants me to do her makeup for prom and I really want to do a good job!

When you are trying to cover up acne keep in mind a few things, 1. foundation won't, and isn't meant to, cover everything. 2. any color correcting should be done with a color correcting shade (In this case green or yellow for redness). 3. concealer should be used lightly
What you want to do is apply your correcting primer first onto the skin so you have a good base for the rest of your makeup, then you want to apply a light layer of foundation all over the skin (if you use concealer first you will be using more product than you need, the foundation will cover more than you think). Then go over any other spots with a concealer. For me I really like the Nars Radiant creamy concealer for acne coverage, but there is a lot of really great concealers out there

ALWAYS use the EXACT shade. Remember, you want to hide it. Too dark or too light will only drag the attention to it! :)

If she has acne bumps, use anti redness drops to help the redness, and toothpaste to shrink the bumps! I use erase paste from benefit, and it really works!

Use a green color corrector and then follow up with a concealer that exactly matches the skin tone
