I seen results from Follicure shampoo from sally's beauty supply. My mother in law is a hair stylist and recommends it. I used to see my father's in law scalp because his thin hair bur that changed after using the follicure. Also there is a laser brush that is approved by the FDA that you could find at Ulta. Old wife's tale: apply castor oil to the scalp.

Nioxin 3 step treatment is hands down, the BEST for thinning hair. You have to be really good about using it consistently and correctly, but it really really works. Though I would recommend buying the shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment separately, rather than in a set. I don't know why but the shampoo is way smaller in the set.

Yes! I got mine at ulta. You can get it at most drugstores these days, but it was surprisingly cheapest at ulta. There's also a generic for it called Nutri-Ox at Sally's. But I can't speak to it's effectiveness as I only used Nioxin.
