How do I put on gel eyeliner??

I bought a gel eyeliner a d I've always used one in the past but then I started to use a liquid so I forgot how to apply it and make the perfect winged liner.

Winged liner with gel is really easy.
make sure your hand is in the right position and make sure your arm is comfortable.
remember to apply as close to your lash line
also you should buy the tarte etch & sketch double ended liner.
it has two ends : angled tip on one side and on the other a regular straight for being precise (:
