Accessories, along with different hair styles and makeup looks are going to make your style/personality show even though you have a uniform. Try anything and find what you like (:

I'm a freshman now, and I'm loving it! In my high school, I feel like I can express myself more freely through my clothing, makeup and hairstyles. So my advice is just do you, and put your own twist on the standard uniform! Do whatever makes you feel good! In my last school, I always felt crushed, and like I was being analyzed for everything I did with my makeup, hair, and clothes. Now, it's amazing because there people who actually appreciate my style!! I wouldn't say there's nothing you can and cannot do, just be you, and don't be afraid to push your comfort zone if that makes you feel good. Don't let other people suppress your individuality. Good luck with everything!

I'm a sophomore now so I just went through this last year :) Basically, just be yourself and do what's comfortable. I think it looks better to have a natural makeup look rather than a heavy, dramatic one. I usually wear basic face makeup, a peachy blush, eyeliner, and mascara. Since its school, you probably want to keep your hair out of your face! So I usually wind up wearing my hair in a half ponytail or braided back. In terms of uniforms, my school doesn't have them so I don't have much experience. Just make yourself stand out (if you're allowed) by adding jewelry and other accessories. Have fun :)

Just whatever you're into. I'm a freshman as well and as you can tell, I definitely don't go light on makeup or anything really. I just really like dramatic stuff so that's what I do. It's all about personal style :) also, don't be afraid to experiment! Sometimes you just have to play around with different styles to find what you really like.

^^ agreed. If people judge you for wearing not enough makeup or too much makeup or something that you wear or whatever, you don't want to hang out with them. Just be yourself and do what makes you happy :)

^ I agree. no matter how you do your hair or makeup remember that confidence is the key to pull of any look. as long as you think you look good and don't let anyone tell you otherwise you'll be good to go. wear what you like and be yourself :)

Be yourself and don't let anyone make you think you aren't worth it or that you aren't good enough.
do your makeup how you want, don't be afraid to be bold, and don't be afraid to be confident.

Don't think this is in the right section but I want some tips on what makeup, hair and tips on what to do and not to do as a freshman. I have to wear uniforms so any outfit ideas with that would be helpful! So I'm basically asking for any and all tips you have for becoming a freshman.
Thanks:)
