A really inexpensive yet good quality powder is the Rimmel stay matte. I also have oily skin and it works great. You may have to touch up during the day though.

Well if you are looking for foundation I use revlon photo ready foundation for combination oily skin. Really good foundation for not a lot of money. Eye primer from urban decay is really good. Then I would say coastal scents for blush or eye shadows. They have good beginner pellets that I love. The colors of their eye shadows are awesome. I also bought their large brush set that has all the brushes you will need for makeup. I wash my brushes often and they dont fall apart. Plus they come with a case so you can travel with them. Coastal scents is always having some kind of sale and you can get some of their things at a really affordable price. I hope this helps you out.

You may want to go to different makeup counters and have them apply makeup on you. You can see what you do and don't like. Then you can search reviews and/or dupes. Often they'll give you samples to use for a few days. You can also buy travel size kits with a variety if products
