Dry Everything!! Skin, Scalp, and Hair.

I have oily skin, but lately I've been dry but oily on top of the dry if that makes sense. My hair/scalp has been dry too. I'm wondering if you guys have a solution to this.?? I have moved into an apartment with my fianc?, and the water in the shower is different than what I'm used to. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or if it's because of the negative degree weather.

I use the In Shower body lotion by Nivia, and lotion after shower. I use Ponds moisturiser on my face. :/

Coconut oil has been my favorite moisturizer as of lately.

I only exfoliate once a week if that.

It could be the humidity in the apartment, try buying a cheap humidifier and letting it run through the night or just put a damp towel over the heat vent and see if that helps!
