Does anyone know of a website that gives info on what base color to use for different eyeshadow colors.

you can use whatever color really... I use painterly by mac for pretty much everything but I'll use bad to the bronze by Mabeline for golds and browns, and smashbox amethyst for purples and plums... and black for black and Grey's and navy's...

White always seems to work great on any color..
