your 14 or 15. you've previously described having several piercings you no longer have. don't rush into this especially as you'd be doing this under age. I have lots of piercings and tattoos and I spent a long time considering placement and rejection and scarring. asking people what they think you should get is ridiculous too. it should be something you want something you'd love not just a design that seems cool for now just for the sake of getting a tattoo. seems a bit backwards to me. firstly deciding you want a tattoo THEN deciding the design.... the design should be the reason you want one. Try not to be so impulsive

your tattoos should be meaningful, not impulsive. the decision to get a tattoo is a wonderful one, but be careful, you need to understand that a tattoo is not like a pericing, its there FOREVER.
if you absolutely sold on getting a tattoo then rake up the cash and make sure you do it right, do your homework about artists around your area and ask people about their experience. the last thing you want is for a PERMANENT impulsive decision to look like, well, shit. lol.

oh and they hurt.
