I'm want to get a brush cleaner and I've narrowed it down to either estee lauder brush cleanser or clinique brush cleanser. Has anyone tried these? which do you prefer? I know mac is a popular choice but I am using points on my boots beauty card to buy one and mac isn't sold there :/ any help is appreciated :)

It doesn't really matter as long as it's alcohol based - what you use to clean your brushes is really up to you - those brush cleaners are usually good for daily cleaning but to deep clean you want to use soap n water (some people use dish soap or facial cleanser soap or shampoo/conditioner) so really it's up to you how you want to clean your brushes.

Thanks Diana! I'm looking for something to spot clean my brushes. I use baby shampoo to deep clean every week :)
