I am trying to decide between these two foundation. What are your opinions? Thank you! ❤️

Well there's a few distinct difference already between coverages, Revlon is full and Maybelline is medium. In my opinion Revlon was thick whereas Maybelline was very light. Revlon is a TRUE matte finish and Maybelline is matte but like a Demi matte, doesn't make you look dead lol.

I personally enjoy Maybelline a lot better. It looks beautiful in this skin and you can't tell you're wearing it. Colorstay was thick and felt like a mask, I don't think it was suitable for everyday wear imo, but it is long lasting. Also, Revlon made me breakout & the fit me matte does not.

I've used both and to be honest I'm not a fan of either but I would prefer Matte & Poreless over Colorstay. I couldn't find my shade in the colorstay and it was just so thick. I could feel it sitting on my skin and it would become an oily mess for me half way through the day. The Fit Me is a lot thinner and easier to work with. I just find it isn't that buildable - it just becomes cakey (I've tried applying with my fingers, brush and a sponge). It would look a lot more flattering if I had clear skin (I have small bumps on my forehead) and I find it becomes patchy on them. But it does a great job of keeping me matte! Hoped this helped :)

To add on to this question, is loreal true match better than both of these?

I haven't used colorstay but I prefer true match than matte + poreless.
it just has better coverage & overall is a better foundation imo.

I do enjoy true match but not for the warmer months, I only like it it winter. It doesn't seem to stay put as well in summer here. It gets shiny within like two hours and never truly sets it feels like, and it transfers like crazy. lol. I do love it like I said, but only for colder months or days I'm just running quick errands if I do wear it in summer

I don't know much about mixing together foundation. But what if you mixed together fit me and true match?

I think it'd work :) I usually mix true match with other foundations since I find I like it better that way. I haven't tried it with the fit me, though.

I am currently using fit me matte and poreless and I really like it, I just don't like that personally I look orange by the time I'm done contouring and apply my powder cover up but thats just me.

What powder do you use, Vanessa?

I've tried the fit me and it dries super fast which I hate. I also don't like the color stay. I mix the fit me with the matte loreal infallible foundation

@Renay I use true match super blendable

I don't know about the other ones but I have tried the true match and I love it. stays on all day and looks really great on the skin.

Maybe that's why it oxidizes to orange :) I would use a colorless or translucent powder!

How weird, mine never sets fast that it's hard to blend. (The Maybelline fit me matte)

Try working in sections with it.

COLOURSTAY by far... Maybelline will not last throughout the day and it's pretty sheer.

I actually like the colorstay whipped the best. I like the Maybelline but like Tatyana says..it doesn't last...at least on me anyways.

Revlon Colorstay is a great coverage foundation for the cooler months. I like the Maybelline Fit +Poreless foundation right now. I have oily combo skin and it keeps me matte all day. It also does give me good coverage. I do second the tip of applying it in sections. I do from my eyes up (foundation first, brows , and eye makeup ) and then one side of my face at a time. I use a flat top Kabuki brush with all of these foundations. I also do like L'Oreal new Infallible Demi Matte foundation, but don't care for the smell...
