Is beautybay.com safe?

I want to buy an Anastasia dip brow in granite and since its a new shade I couldn't find it on eBay and there's no store where I live that sells it. I found it on beautybuy.com but I don't know if it's safe to buy from there and not sure if the products are genuine. Anyone bought from this site?

I bought some stila lipgloss set off from beauty bay and it was all good. It's cheaper than buying in store and shipping is usually free. The only downside is that it took a little bit longer than I expected to arrive but other than that my experience was very good
