I've made posts acne a lot lately and now I looked at my back and realized it was bad there as well. Mostly scarring from years ago but I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue, but I've noticed that it's mostly my conditioner creating it (also genetics). So after I rinse out my conditioner completely I tie up my hair and wash my body (I use a loofah, if you do too make sure you change it out often because they collect dirt).

Aloe Vera cream or tea tree cream will definitely help. Keep using it and you'll be sure to see a difference soon xx

I have the same problem and mines just now clearing up. What I use works really well for me but it is a little extreme and expensive so just take whatever you think works for you. The products that I use that you could find without hassle are: The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Face Wash, Tea Tree Oil Toner, Clarisonic Mia 2. Here's the extreme part. My dermatologist first prescribed me an antibacterial gel called Ziana. It helped a little but not enough. She then put me on an oral antibiotic called Oracea to use in combination with the gel. It helped a lot but then I realized that my acne breakouts were pretty hormonal so she put me on a birth control pill and also prescribed me face pads soaked in medicine. My routine is

I use the tea tree face wash every day with my Clarisonic. Then I'll use one of my toning products. In the morning I'll use the tea tree oil as it's less harsh. At night I'll use the medicated pads. After that I use the Ziana gel. Every few days I'll give my skin a break and a recovery day and use the Clarisonic Daily Face Cleanser and not use the other products. I take the birth control and Oracea daily. It's been about 6 months and my back is completely cleared. All that's left is scars, but I get microdermabrasion treatments on my back to help get rid of them faster

My back acne was never even that bad. The problem was that nothing was effective in getting rid of it and it was slowly getting worse
