I have super oily skin, I only wash it at night with soap and I don't moisturize it.

I would highly suggest you stop using the apricot scrub, it's far too harsh for the skin and causes micro tears.
Make sure your moisturizer and cleanser are for your skin type. I love the Origins Checks And Balances, it helps keep my oil under control without drying out my face or causing an over production.
You need to moisturize! It's a common misconception that people with oily skin don't need to moisturize but it's extra important that you do! Your skin could be overproducing oils because it's not getting enough moisture so it's trying to overcompensate but, again, make sure your moisturizer is for your skin type and not something over hydrating.
Wash your face morning and night and exfoliate at least once a week, two or three times at most.
Try using some face masks! I love the Origins Active Charcoal Mask, it helps pull impurities out of the skin and I find that it helps with my oil as well since my skin feels so much cleaner.

There's not really anything you can do to stop your skin from being oily. Of course, you can control it using products. Also, please don't stop moisturizing your face, that's really not good for your skin. Blotting sheets do help a lot, if you use liquid foundation, try and find one geared towards oily skin. I use Neutrogena's Combination Skin moisturizer and it's definitely not for combo skin because it does dry up your skin. I use a heavy moisturizer at night and that in the morning. Also, try using warm water to wash your face with, it'll help clear up and blemishes you may have because it opens your pores whereas cold water will close them :)

I would suggest using oil to mousterize. Whatever you have on hand, coconut oil, olive oil, ect. Oil normally cuts oil. I wouldn't buy anything new though, if you can avoid it. Because it might not work for you. Your skin might be drying out therefore producing more oil.

I have exactly the same problem and who ever says don't use a moisturiser ignore it! Just because you have oily skin does not mean you don't need to use a moisturiser I have seriously oily skin especially on my nose why not try and oil balancing moisturiser? I use Simple oil balancing moisturiser and it works for me and it's only about £3. I would also suggest not using a scrub every day that's too harsh on you skin! I use Simple spotless face wash then simple toner straight after and the the simple oil balancing moisturiser you can buy all 3 products for under £10 so I would definitely give it a go it's working for me! Good luck. P.s I wouldn't recommend blotting paper for super oily doing because it worked for me but an hour later I would be all oily again!
