You definitely need to stop using heat. Use a hydrating hair mask and get a trim. You probably have bad split ends that are continuing up the hair shaft and causing the breakage.

Also maybe go to your doctor and get some blood tests to make sure everything's okay internally, especially if the hair masks don't help.

Don't use heat and if you have to use a heat protecting spray.
Use hair masks to nourish hair.
Drink lots of water to keep hair healthy.
Get layers put in.
