So I bought the cetaphil moisturizer and cleanser about a month ago, but I just recently read their ingredients and they contain 3 different parabens and sodium lauryl sulfate. I kind of feel lied to and I wanted to know what you guys thought.

I've bought the cetaphil face wash but I feel like it doesn't do anything? Maybe because I like foam I don't know but does it work

I read a post on it, and it said that Cetaphil doesn't really have anything 'beneficial' for your skin. I know it works well for certain skin types though.

I was just wondering how you guys felt about the sulfates and parabens specifically, I do feel like it works but I don't really want to slather parabens onto my face daily.

I used cetaphil cleanser a while ago and it didn't do anything for my skin. I've heard from certain people that it works wonders though so I guess it depends on your skin type.

(My opinion only, no research to back this up) but I believe with a cleanser, something that's only on your face for a minute then rinsed off, you don't need to worry as much as you would a moisturizer or toner that stay on your skin. If it bothers you, I'd stop using it but for the amount of time it sits on your skin I don't believe it will do much.

I agree with Jessi1515.. personally for me...parabens really don't bother me...especially when it comes to cleansers since its spends so little time on the skin. I'd be more concerned about parabens (yes they are even in your food) being in my food than in my skincare.
