I usually have clear skin! I'm 16, but I haven't had bad break outs ever! I need help! What kinds of methods would you recommend? I would like to get it under control because I usually like to go makeup free! I prefer natural methods but products work too! Please give me any recommendatio or reasons that my skin would suddenly be doing this! I haven't changed any products I normally put on my face either!

Have you washed/changed your pillow cases and sheets? If they're dirty that can contribute to breakouts. Also stress and hormones.

Also have you washed your makeup brushes lately? I have a pretty clear complexion but sometimes when I'm busy and haven't washed my brushes I tend to breakout.

Please don't use hydrogen peroxide on your face, it'll dry out the skin and can kill healthy skin cells.

It could also be hormonal or diet based. Are you around that time of the month? Or have you started eating differently or drinking less water? Rachel and Alexis had great suggestions too!

I would rather use actual acne medication and skin care products rather than putting something on my face that can cause damage, like killing healthy skin cells, but maybe that's just me.

Only use hydrogen peroxide once if you use it. It's really to disinfect the area and is not as effective as an acne medication that will dry out the blemish while putting the correct chemicals into the pimple to help it heal safely and quickly
