Use a foundation primer :)

I really recommend the pore-fessional perfecting primer. It minimizes your pores, goes on silky smooth, and doubles as a primer :)

Also using a primer to set your foundation helps to keep your foundation on longer.

Use a primer first and let it dry. Make sure your foundation is compatible with the primer. Then apply foundation. Let it set and then set with powder.

I don't know If this is true but if you spray hairspray on your face (close mouth and eyes tightly!) it's meant to keep your makeup including foundation together:))

Instead of hairspray you'll be better of using a setting spray such as UD all Nighter

Moisturize and use a primer then put on foundation the over the foundation use a setting powder or a pressed powder which in my opinion pressed makes it last longer since its a bit more thicker

Evian is like over ten dollars for a bottle of water. You're better off using the water that comes from your house. Waste of money.
You can use foundation primer, setting powder, and/or an actual setting spray (not Fix+ or that water thing which are not setting sprays and do not ever use hairspray, for the sake of your face.)

I use Smash Box oil-free primer and then spritz Urban Decay De-Slick before and after foundation and powder. Those two products plus Urban Decay primer potion for eye shadow literally changed how makeup looks and stays on my face.
