I would buy a yellow color corrector and a full coverage concealer.

I'm so sorry you were in a car wreck, that must be terrifying. I'm so glad you're okay! I heard putting vinegar on bruises can help them go away faster but I don't know if it actually works. Also taking a warm shower and massging the bruises gently and using a skincare oil thats good for your skin can help them go away faster. To cover them up use a yellow color corrector to combat the blue and purple bruises and then use your concealer over that to cover it up. Then use a powder so the concealer doesn't rub off and fade right away :)
