I love jewelry from painfulpleasures.com they have everything you could possibly want, it's cheap but high quality, you earn points with every purchase (and you don't have to wait until a certain amount to use them), and shipping is SUPER fast! I used to order from piercedfish.com but unless it moved I don't think it exists anymore :( sucks, they were the best.
