Keep it light. You could get away with a nice red purple lip but I would do peaches, golds, or brown tones, maybe a dark blue and silver for eyeshadow

Sweetheart, with a dress like tha, you can wear whateva the hell you want! since it is a neutral color, play up the eyes! or even play up the lips with a fun color. the myth of "neutral eye and bold lip" or vice versa should NOT be followed. makeup is expression. matter of fact, why are you askin us, lovely?? you don't need anyone to tell you or suggest what to do with your face. do what makes you feel gorgeous. your only 21 until you have to start tellin the truth lol, so live like it!

Hey, me too :) happy early birthday to you!

With that I'd take advantage of the neutral color and go buck wild with the shades on my eyes. I'd probably go purple, but purple is my power color :)

Don't forget bronzer, highlight your cheekbones and dab a bit of a coral shade on to the apples of your cheeks. I hope this helps
