Ooh, Kiko Cosmetics makes beautiful eyeshadows that I adore! If you can get your hands on Kiko in any of those countries (I found mine in Italy), they're so super worth it.

Just go to the apothekes and check out what they have - there are a lot of those in Europe I think in the states we call them apothecaries - basically an old school pharmacy but they sometimes have good skin care and makeup lines that you wouldn't see in the states - otherwise you will probably see a lot of great french makeup and skin care brands in France so take advantage of your time there!

Bioderma micellar cleansing water...you can purchase in the pharmacies in France. It's the best cleansing water & so cheap there!

Healthy mix foundation, concealer and powder. Volume one second mascara, their single eyeshadows are really nice, chocolate bronzer, little round pot cream blushes. They are my favourites that I can think of off the top of my head. You can't go wrong with pretty much anything from the range :)

If you are interested in professional makeup, there is the French brand Makeup Atelier Paris. They have a store in Paris. I can't say enough good things about them. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
