When should I give my hair a break from tape ins and how long should this break be? I've had them in since August, so almost 8 months. And the hair isn't good quality anymore so I know I need new ones, but maybe I should let my hair be extension free for a bit?

I would say a month or tw and do tons of deep condition treatment as well as protein.
