Just went blonde, please help!

So I dyed my hair blonde yesterday, and needless to say, its a bit lighter than I expected. The hairdresser said that if within a week I decide I don't like it, she can tone it a few shades darker. I've also bought purple shampoo which will supposedly tone it done and reduce the yellow tinge. What should I do? What are your opinions?

Thank you girls :) And Shanae I bought 'regis DesignLine Super Silver Shampoo'. I haven't used it yet so I'm not sure why there is a purple tint, I might be just the lighting in the picture haha. Hopefully my hair doesn't look purple! :)

Looks great! Remember: if you have any part of your hair at all untouched by bleach, don't tone it with any peroxide. I learned this the hard way. It turns natural hair waaay brassy, so unless it's 100% fully bleached, I'd recommend you tone it down with demi-perm hair color instead of regular toner. (Just from my own experiences.)

Oh, I was going to recommend Loreal Everpure Brass Banisher shampoo and conditioner, I purchased it the day before yesterday and I'm loving it. It definitely helps with the brassiness. I'm sure yours will too though, it sounds expensive haha. But yea, you definitely suit the blonde hair, it looks absolutely killer on you!

Everytime I get my hair done I have a purple twinge to it. it happens when they use an ashy toner. it'll wash out in a day or two. at least that's my experience.
