I know people say not to pop them but its best to pop them when they are white with q-tips. If they'd not white yet, place a hot cloth on it for about 30 sec-1min.
Then, this part will sting but dab some rubbing alcohol or lemon juice on the pimples using a q-tip.
Every night, apply the alcohol or lemon juice only on the pimples.

Please do NOT use lemon on your face.
lemon is not meant to be put anywhere near your face.
It is extremely harmful to the skin.

Don't pop them, they'll leave scars which are just as much of a pain to deal with. I agree with Les, no lemon juice and please don't put rubbing alcohol on your skin, both are extremely irritating to the skin and will do more harm than good. You can encourage the natural popping process by running a rag under hot water and placing it on the pimple. It's best to find a spot treatment, a toner and stick to your skincare routine and do not skip washing your face.

I personally think lemon is completely fine to use on skin. If you have more sensitive skin I suggest that you water it down a bit.

Kathryn lemon is NOT fine for the skin.
I recently got discoloration on my hands from using lemons and no I do not have sensitive skin what so ever.
I don't recommend anyone to use lemon on the skin as it is very very harsh.
definitely not the face.

Alcohol is far too drying and damaging don't use alcohol! it'll lead to a build up of dead skin cells.
Now lemon, lemon doesn't do anything good for your skin. Keeping our skin pH balanced is very important and our skins natural level is at 4.5 to 5.5 and that's where we want to keep it. Lemon has a pH level of 2, which means it's too acidic for our face and can disrupt our acid mantle which is on the surface of our skin and acts as a barrier to bacteria and harmful free radicals

I truly hate to be rude or come off wrong so please I hope no one takes it this way, but when it comes to our very important skin I feel people shouldn't post advice if they don't truly know. If someone was to listen to a post that is inaccurate information then they could really damage their skin. I'm not saying this to anyone in particular here or even specifically to this post but it happens so much! Telling someone a dark brown lip would look great on them isn't going to ruin their skin, lips, makeup that day, anything truly crucial. I love this site and learn something new every day I feel everyone has something to bring to the table and is knowledgeable in something but I feel we should think twice before recommending a product that could be harmful. Putting lemon, alcohol, baking soda, etc.on their skin once may not cause an adverse reaction the first time but continued use will, and it's definitely not healthy for your skin. just because you don't notice changes doesn't mean they're not occuring, our skin is very complex. I've had clients use such horrible ingredients on their skin and think it's OK but then once they see up close what I see and I bring up what those products can do to their skin they're amazed when they realize that their skin has been really dehydrated, or abnormal breakouts occuring, etc.and never really put the two together. That's all. Sorry I'm all over the place and I'm sorry if I offend anyone, I really hope I don't because that's not my intention what so ever.

Yes please don't use lemons on your face girls.
I have had discoloration on my hands for about four months now because of using lemons and my dermatologist said I just have to wait for it to fade away.
I wouldn't want anyone to get discoloration on the face as it happened to my hands.
I don't have sensitive skin, lemon is just very very harmful.
please ladies do NOT use lemons or alcohol on your skin.

That's horrible Les! ugh I can't imagine. Luckily I get a lot of clients with healthy skin but just experiencing issues that are common and we can work out fixing but I also get many clients with damaged skin which so many finally admit they used diy treatments on their face because of pinterest or bad advice.

Yes it is horrible /:
I never like to show my hands now ugh
if it is this dangerous on my hands imagine how it would look if I used lemon on my face.

Try Mario Badescu products they can only be purchased on his website but his products are amazing for acne some of the top actress and performers come to his NYC office for skin care. Maybe order a sample kit to get a feel on the products. Also look at a chart for acne and see what areas you're breaking out in and what it may be because of. Hope this helps you doll xoxo! 💋 for more beauty tips feel free to check out my YouTube channel. ❤️

I use witch hazel as a toner when I break out & it clears up quickly. Just moisturizer after.
