Nothing really has changed with my skin care. I've started using a clairisonic, but that was only in the last four months and I'm not religious about it so I don't think that's the problem.
Anyone else have little red dots like these?
I'd love any advice.

Any change in makeup? Maybe you need to change to different face wash? Cetaphil is a good one with no added fragrance. And is super safe. People's skin changes. You should try changing easy stuff such as face wash and see if it makes a difference.

Thanks for the replies everyone!!
I actually figured it out. It's Sebaceous hyperplasia. I googled images of it and it looks identical to what I'm experiencing. Apparently it is like.. When oil glands over produce and clog. Lucky me. It makes sense because I have very oily skin. And it says it's caused by a hormone imbalance which, long story short, I've been experiencing for the last year and it completely makes sense when I think about when I started seeing these bumps.
If anyone is experiencing the same thing, apparently it's hard to get rid of besides cutting them off. Retinol helps a bit too. Off to sephora for products with retinol!

If it's caused by over production of oil I would recommend getting jojoba oil. it doesn't clog pores and it helps to make your skin stop over producing oil. also try to not wear much makeup on your face for a couple weeks. also for the hormonal imbalance you might want to consider going on birth control which can help your skin drastically

I totally agree with shauna about the birth control. I had insanely badly imbalanced hormones and I mean I was legit crazy and so I started them a month ago and already I've seen a major improvement with my body and moods and not being crazy!! Talk to your doctor, you should anyway just to confirm what you figured out, you could be right but you could also be wrong. And you don't want to go and put a bunch of wrong things on your face and end up making it worse, Google is amazing for research and stuff, but we should self diagnose with it. :)

I agree with Raylene, don't self diagnose yourself off Google. you might be right or you might not be. always go to a doctor or dermatologist for clarification
