*So I'm looking for a new eye liner. My all time favorite was loreal liquid pencil but for some reason it dried out and isn't at smooth. I want a smooth kohl pencil that smudges easily with a finger. What can you ladies recommend.

My all time favorite that meets those requirements is UD's liner in Perversion. It is by far the blackest, creamiest, smoothest eyeliner I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot of liners.

I must agree with Hannah. Perversion works for me everytime when I need to smudge and its a beast to remove as well so no worries about it traveling to far away places on the face. Another fave is Loreal kohl pencil...its a chubby pencil and while its not has black as the UD Perversion its super easy to smudge and its a great companion for your traditional black smokey eye.

Yep, agree with all the ladies above! UD 24/7 liners are wonderful. I have used Perversion completely up and have moved on into Browns, and the Stag shade is beautiful as well. :)

Inglot gel liner in #77! its amazing. plus a little goes a long way. once it sets it has a beautiful finish.
