Best nail strengthener HELP!

Ok so I just took off my pink and white solar nails and my own nails are so weak and frail! What is the best nail polish strengthener or home remedy? I need help!!

I used to use OPI Nail Envy in original, and it worked pretty well. I know it's crazy, but Butter London Nail Foundation base coat really made my nails grow even though that's not the intention of the product. Biotin will help restore your nails too :)

thin brittle nails...............................................Vegetable quality oil deficiency

washboard ridges............................................extreme diet ( especially meat & refined foods)

pale nail beds.................................................. anemia

yellow discoloration..........................................bronchial difficulties

bluish discoloration...........................................respiratory difficulties

separation from the nail bed...............................nervousness/ hyperactive thyroid

brittle..............................................................iron, protein, or calcium deficiency

You can put garlic on your nails and it makes them very strong! I did this one time and its all i needed. Even after i washed my hands(: Most strengtheners have some form of garlic in them too, if you need further instruction check youtube(:
