Get a spoolie and clear mascara. Dip the spoolie into the mascara and brush your brows how you want them.

Then get some hair scissors brush the hair up and trim it then get them in the direction you want with the way ^ and take some flat tweeters and clean them up.

I'd go for the wax treatment like Sophie says even though I'm personally don't like waxing but you should definitely have a professional do cuz you don't wanna mess up not that you will but you just need to take some precautions! (:
