I really love the lip balm found at bath and body works. My lips were chapped and raw last week and this week they are plump and pout :)

I exfoliate my lips with a sugar and honey mix before bed and then apply some Aquaphor. In the morning my lips are wonderfully smooth. Aquaphor is great for healing crapped, cracked lips. During the day I recommend you use a good lip balm, not junk like Maybelline Baby Lips (not even the Dr. Rescue line, they suck too) or EOS. I use Nivea Kiss of Smoothness. Look for ingredients like beeswax, cocoa butter, lanoline, coconut oil, jojoba oil, or hemp oil. Try to also find one that has SPF 😊

I use Shea butter from an Italian brand, but any kind will work as long as it's 100% pure shea butter!

I've always had super dry/chapped lips and at least once during the winter it gets super red a little above my upper lip and looks a mess so I went to the dermatologist and they gave me a prescription which is for hydrocortisone valerate 0.2% and it is mixed with the white medicated blistex J.S. pictured...I'm pretty sure you need a prescription for that strength but you should he able to use an over the counter concentration and it should definitely help.

Burt bees lip balm and a little bit of jojoba oil before you go to bed is amazing! In Montreal, the temperature is soooo cold and my lips become dry and they crack :( Burt bees lip balm are just...amazing!

1. Put a thick layer of petroleum before bed 2. Exfoliate when you wake up and Moisturize. I know cuz I recently I had an injury in my mouth so my lips got so dry and hard!! I actually dnt need to exfoliate cuz it peeled right off xx good luck with that

Yes and using chap stick all the time makes your lips think they need it all the time. But do a good scrub and some Vaseline scrub with a toothbrush. See if that helps
