Hey y'all! Some of you may know, tomorrow is my birthday. Seeing as I'll be on a plane tomorrow, tonight my family and I are going out for my birthday dinner! I didn't really do my makeup, but I did put on some mascara and lipstick.
The lipstick/lip liner combo that I have on my lips is Marc Jacobs (P) outliner lip liner in Honeybun and the Lip Color Sheer in Eat Cake. They're described as the same color on Sephora's website, and they're absolutely the same color in real life.
So, the lip liner is WONDERFUL. It prevents all lipstick movement like a champ. It also doesn't feel drying or sharp when you apply, which is so nice since most lip liners are dry as opposed to creamy. I like it a ton, and as all Marc Jacobs pencils do, it has a sharpener on the end to keep it at optimal point level.
The lipstick itself...Sheer is not the word I'd use. In spite of that, it's utterly beautiful. It's such a beautiful light coraly nude shade that looks perfect with my complexion. It is so creamy and smooth to apply, as well as very long lasting, though I'll attribute some of that to the lip liner. I'll definitely be purchasing more of these, I do truly adore the formulation.
