Ok so I'm in band and our uniform isn't like fancy its just a green polo black pants or skirt and black shoes. So how can I make this into a cute outfit?

Add cute accessories like a statement necklace and bangles and dangly earrings. Add something cute in your hair like a bow. :)

Maybe cut the sleeves off of the polo shirt! Might look cute

You could wear the polo tucked into the skirt, and then try pairing it with some knee high sick and oxfords? Are you allowed to add things to your uniform tho? A nice fitted blazer would also look really classy with a headband. Think Blair Waldorf lol.
